3.1 Registration Requirements

3.2 One Account Per Person

4.2 Deposit Terms

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Funds deposited via bKash must, where technically possible, be withdrawn to the same bKash number used for the deposit. bj44 may apply a one-time account turnover requirement before permitting withdrawal of a first deposit — this requirement, where applied, will not exceed 1x the deposit amount and will be communicated at the time of deposit.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New bj44 players who register and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount, which must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the time limit will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

5.2 Ongoing Promotions

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bj44 monitors bonus activity and reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or hedging bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, and using automated betting systems in connection with bonus funds.

5.4 General Bonus Conditions

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash prior to satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirement.
• bj44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, subject to any minimum notice period stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• In the event of any inconsistency between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms will take precedence for that promotion.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the bj44 sportsbook are subject to acceptance by bj44. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation message and the bet appears in your bet history. bj44 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: a market has been suspended, odds have been published in error, or the maximum payout limit for that market has been reached.

6.2 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting on cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — is available subject to uninterrupted data feed availability. In-play bets placed on a delayed or interrupted feed may be voided. bj44 is not liable for losses arising from bet placement based on information that was already publicly available at the time a market was incorrectly priced.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games available on bj44 — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming; live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi; and crash games from Spribe — are operated subject to the individual game rules published by the respective game provider. 6.4 Maximum Payout Limits

bj44 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. The limits applicable at the time a bet or game round is initiated are the limits that apply to that bet or round.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bj44 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and notification to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using a stolen, borrowed, or unauthorised payment method to deposit funds into a bj44 account.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any bet, game, or tournament on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit bonus offers, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or pricing mistakes on the bj44 platform to generate profit. Any winnings arising from an identifiable technical error are not valid and will be voided.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the bj44 platform.

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your bj44 account at any time by contacting the Live Chat support team. On receipt of a closure request, bj44 will process any outstanding verified withdrawal to your registered payment method before closing the account. 8.2 Suspension and Closure by bj44

bj44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy — see 8.3).

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. bj44 will send an email notification to the registered address before applying any dormancy fees. A dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month will be deducted from the account balance after the dormancy period begins, subject to the balance not falling below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and contacting customer support.

All content on the bj44 platform — including but not limited to the bj44 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, odds data, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of bj44 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bj44 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any bj44 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of any bj44 software.
• Creating derivative works based on bj44's proprietary content or platform design.
• Using the bj44 brand, logo, or name in any commercial context without explicit written permission.

Any unauthorised use of bj44 intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bj44's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your bj44 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bj44 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether or not bj44 was advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of opportunity or goodwill.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
• Losses arising from events outside bj44's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, government actions, natural disasters, or third-party service provider outages affecting bKash, Nagad, or other payment partners.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bj44's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

bj44 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a proposed change is material — meaning it substantially alters your rights or obligations — bj44 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by posting a clearly visible notice on the bj44 homepage and, where a valid email address is on file, by sending a notification to your registered email address.

Minor amendments — including corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of bj44 following publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

12.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and bj44 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 12.2 Formal Dispute Process

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of your initial complaint, either party may escalate the dispute through the formal dispute resolution process. 12.3 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bj44 operates as an online platform and makes no representation that its services comply with the laws of any specific jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of bj44 is lawful in their place of residence.

12.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, lawful, and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification or deletion of a provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms.
